Flyknit Upper
An evolved Flyknit upper construction encases each foot in breathable comfort. Perforations across the forefoot and midfoot increase airflow, creating a healthier environment for your feet to thrive in. This sructure seamlessly integrates high breathability with stretch and support where you need it the most, adapting to the changing shape of your foot as it moves through the gait cycle. Three distinctive layers keep the foot secure whilst providing a lightweight and flexible feel so you can go further for longer with comfort and support. Flyknit is more durable than ever and works with your foot's natural motion to ensure lightweight support, keeping them secure with every mile. To the back of the shoe, a heel clip provides an abundance of stability and support, this has been made smaller and located in a more precise area than the previous model, helping you through your run easily. This will keep your foot in a firm and upright position, and will keep the rearfoot locked in place. At the collar, cushioning offers a soft and comfortable feel to reduce the risks of chafing and irritation. The upper also includes a traditional lacing system that locks down the midfoot so you can enjoy distraction-free strides and finally, reflective details enhance visibility in low-light conditions.
ZoomX Foam Midsole
Ultra-light and super-responsive, the ZoomX compound used in the Invincible 3 is wider and taller to deliver Nike's greatest energy return yet, and excellent cushioning levels. The midsole absorbs impact and then expels it for a bounce-like effect, therefore reducing superfluous muscle power, diminishing fatigue and enhancing performance, keeping you going for longer. The revolutionary ZoomX foam is manufactured from Pebax, a product conventionally used in plastic bridges and other moulded parts, and yields cushioning that is not only lightweight but soft and springy. Until now, these three characteristics (collectively) have proven nearly impossible to achieve. Pebax has a lower density than some thermoplastic alternatives making it lighter, flexible, and more impact-resistant, whilst giving it a higher capacity for energy return. When blown into a foam these properties remain, gifting a lively underfoot feeling that encourages you to run fast. Signalling the incredible resilience of ZoomX, the tiny creases on every midsole do not impact the foam's performance; these beauty marks are the result of the autoclave process which places the foam under extreme heat and pressure. The ZoomX sheets are then compressed in a Phylon preform which shapes the midsole parts. Because the special foam is so lightweight (one-third the weight of Cushlon), Nike can use more of it to separate your foot from the road; this means you get a thick and supportive midsole that will spare your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving concrete. Shaped like a rocker, the foam supports the 3 phases of a runner's stride. It offers flexibility when your foot rises off the ground, a smooth ride when your foot is moving forward, and cushioning at ground contact.

Increased rubber on the outsole completes the ZoomX Invincible Run Flyknit 3 Running Shoes providing enhanced traction and increased durability.
