Mesh Upper

They are soft against the skin and are covered in micro-perforations, allowing built-up heat and vapour to escape whilst fresh air flows in for a pleasant cooling sensation. The heel cup locks you in whilst a traditional lacing system allows you to adjust the fit with ease and lace into ultimate security. Part of Mizuno's ONIHAYAI pack, this special edition of the Wave Rebellion Pro 3 features the unique, "oni" pattern dynamic graphic. It's a limited asymmetrical colour design that combines the "calm blue" to keep the pace, and the "passionate red" for pushing yourself to your limits.
Mizuno Enerzy XP Midsole
The midsole of the Wave Rebellion Pro 3 has been stacked with technology to ensure lightweight, springy steps that will provide you that flying feeling and results to match. The midsole is constructed from double-layered Mizuno Enerzy XP foam, delivering softness, energy return, and lightness. It spares your joints as you strike down and convert the energy into rebound to push you into your next step, helping you get further, faster with less effort. Sandwiched between these layers is the Mizuno Wave Plate. This carbon-infused plate enhances stability during speed without skimping on softness, and it has been extended to the forefoot to assist with the Smooth Assist technology. The plate is also plant-based and made with Pebax Rilsan for an eco-conscious, durable choice. Smooth Assist has been utilised in the midsole to deliver effortless running, The midsole geometry has been designed to make transitions ultra-smooth so you can preserve energy and get more of an effortless feel. It has been updated with a wider midfoot base for added stability without sacrificing efficiency.
G3 Outsole
The outsole is made from G3 PU resin and delivers excellent grip and traction to support speed running. It is lightweight, meaning you won't be weighed down despite its grip power, and the outsole has been engineered with shapes specific to the rear foot and forefoot to assist with landings, toe-offs and turns.
