The Nike Triple Jump Elite 3 delivers lightweight containment through all phases of your triple jump. A thick midsole gives you impact absorption upon landing, while a full-length carbon fibre plate helps keep you grounded and stable when you run and jump.
Synthetic Upper
Synthetic and TPU materials feature on the Triple Jump Elite 3 and work to encase your foot in streamlined comfort. A traditional lacing system wraps your foot in snug stability, helping to keep the shoe in place as you move so that you can enjoy smooth, distraction-free strides. Sprint-and-jump-specific synthetic overlays cradle the foot in increased durability and lightweight support. A perforated heel helps reduce weight while providing optimal breathability.
EVA Midsole
A thick EVA midsole ensures optimal impact absorption when you land. The EVA supplies resilient underfoot comfort. Light in weight and low in profile, it spares your joints as you sprint down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. A wedge under the heel supplements the cushioning, enhancing shock attenuation at the heel strike. A full-length carbon plate completes the midsole and helps to deliver stability for your foot as you run and jump.
Generative Outsole
A generative outsole has been designed using data from Nike athletes. It features six spikes for lightweight and durable traction. The outsole provides lightweight rigidity and increased acceleration, power and speed. Textured solid rubber covers the heel to enhance grip and durability in this high-stress area.
**You don't want to feel your toe cramped up against the front of the shoe. A spike should feel like it was meant for your foot, a little more snug than a training shoe feels so we would recommend half a size up on normal shoes**
