Map Case
Designed to keep your maps protected at all times, the Trekmates Map Case features IP65. IP65 protects against water, dirt and sand to ensure your maps will be protected anywhere and in any condition. Welded seams have also been used on the case to ensure added protection from water ingress whilst the roll top, hook and loop closure allows you to easily the case. Featuring a soft and flexible TPU construction the case can easily be stored in your luggage or worn around your neck by using the neck strap. Lastly, the case is able to fit 4 OS map panels inside and is also touch screen compatible.
Compass
The Trekmates Explorer Compass uses the romer scales 1:25,000 and 1:50,000 for complete accuracy. A small magnifier glass that helps you to see every detail on the map and night enabling luminous needle markings make the compass easy to see in low light. The bezel with two-degree dial graduations allows you to reach your destination with ease. A centimetre ruler also features on the compass so you can scale your maps plus, circle and triangle cutouts allow you to draw orienteering points. Lastly, a neck cord allows you to wear the compass around your neck.
Whistle
Often a race day essential, this Trekmates Screamer Whistle is ideal to keep you safe whilst explorining. The screamer emits a frequency 109 decibel signal that cuts through surrounding noise to ensure you are audible over 1 mile. Its pea-less design is fail-safe so can be used in all conditions - it won't freeze or stick to your lips in cold temperatures.
