Ripstop GORE-TEX Upper
The upper of the Skychaser GORE-TEX is crafted from a robust ripstop fabric that is guaranteed to deal with the rugged terrain of the trail. Synthetic abrasion-resistant overlays provide structure and reinforcement, protecting your feet from knocks and bumps when on the trail. A moulded toe box further strengthens the upper and shields the toes. A GORE-TEX EPE membrane seals out moisture whilst remaining highly breathable, letting your feet stay cool and dry from the inside out. The mid-height cuff supports your ankle, protecting it from rolling, whilst a gusseted tongue keeps out dirt and debris. The lace closure works in tandem with the TPU heel clip, giving you a highly precise fit that allows you to navigate terrain with confidence.
Lightstrike Midsole
The midsole is constructed from lightweight and responsive Lightstrike cushioning. It attenuates shock as you strike down, shielding your joints from impact, to keep feet ache-free. It utilises the force of you striking down to power you into your next step, allowing you to walk further using less energy, helping you see more of the great outdoors. Underfoot, an OrthoLite sockliner delivers step-in support.
Continental Rubber Outsole
The outsole of the Skychaser is made from a highly robust and durable Continental rubber. It forms a solid bond with the ground beneath, allowing you to traverse mixed terrain with confidence. It resists wear for long-lasting use and enjoyment, and multi-directional lugs adorn the outsole for advanced grip and traction. They bite into the earth beneath, allowing you to gain purchase in wet, slippery conditions.
