It can both wick away moisture on strenuous uphill legs and retain warmth at wind-ravaged belays; it helps you keep moving and focusing on the task at hand.
Constructed from a lightweight 20D RS Nylon outer fabric, the Switch Pro Hooded Jacket has wind-resistant properties and FC-free DWR, for wind and water protection in changing weather. The materials have a mechanical stretch structure to allow free and comfortable movement when you're on your next adventure. The jacket features an Octayarn Warp-Knit lining, an exceptionally comfortable, lightweight polyester fleece fabric, with high-wicking abilities to keep you cosy on those long adventures. The fleece is smooth and soft against your skin to prevent irritation or chafing and is breathable to reduce the risks of overheating. Flatlock seams also assist in providing an irritation, chafe-free experience, preventing discomfort during excessive movement. A Pontetorto Tecnostretch 187 fleece fabric also features underarms, on the top of the hood and at the side panels, to allow a full range of movement and comfort in the mountains. An integrated, elastane-bound hood provides you coverage from the changing weather, and an elastane-bound hem prevents windchill from occurring. The Switch Pro has two zipped hand warmer pockets and 2 Napoleon chest pockets to provide you with space to store and stash any essentials you want to hand. Additionally, the jacket packs away discreetly into its pocket with twin karabiner carry loops.
