Utilising Skins' medium level of compression, the Series 3 Long Tights are a perfect addition to your workout wardrobe. The compressive nature of the tights is clinically proven to improve performance, support your muscles, and help reduce the risks of injury by providing targeted support to your muscles as you train. The enhancement of circulation and oxygen to active muscles also provides you with more power and control whilst exercising. The compressive fit of the tights increase blood flow, whilst also reducing lactic acid build-up, to improve oxygenation of muscle tissue, which, in turn, reduces muscle soreness and increases the time of recovery. The garment has a four-way stretch construction, which provides you with exceptional freedom of movement, and will move with your body's natural motion, ensuring great freedom of movement at all times. How To Wear SKINS Tights
If you're trying to get into a pair of Long Tights, Skins suggest you scrunch them up from the waist down to the ankle and put one foot in first - the same as you would do if you were putting on a pair of pantyhose. Do the same on the other leg. Then gradually pull each leg up - taking care to keep the seams running up your legs as you go.
Gentlemen, make sure the pouch is at the front when you put the Tights on to ensure comfort - you won't want to be running around with your Tights on backwards.
