Unlike any other field solutions, you don't need to worry about sewing in replacement buckles when you're back. With a patent-pending design, the product has strong, corrosion-resistant stainless steel pins which are considerably stronger than standard plastic buckles and are a lot more resistant to snapping if stepped on.
