Sorel Scout 87 XT Mid Waterproof Walking Boots

Waterproof Leather Upper
The upper of the Scout 87 XT has been constructed from a waxed suede and PU leather body to keep your feet dry and warm, great for snow days and chilly expeditions. These Sorel boots feature a microfleece lining and 200g of insulation which is ultra cosy for feet in cold climates allowing you to get out and explore no matter the weather. A gaiter with a bungee closure system helps seal out the weather stopping water and trail debris from entering the boots. A scratch rubber heel and toe protects the foot from knocks and scrapes increasing the boot's durability. A traditional lacing system with D-ring lace loops completes the boots allowing you to secure the boot to your foot for increased stability and reduced in-shoe movement.
Lively Foam Midsole
The boot midsole is made with a Lively foam for a highly responsive, cushioned ride. This lightweight compound is made of 10% Bloom, an algae-biomass-containing material. The midsole protects the foot upon impact with the ground and utilises the force from each step to power you into your next so you can adventure further more easily. The midsole also features a removable EVA moulded footbed which increases underfoot cushioning. This features a microfleece top cover wicking moisture away from the skin for quick evaporation and increasing heat retention and comfort.
Evertread Rubber Outsole
Working to provide traction and grip, the outsole features a high-grade Evertread moulded rubber. For a multi-directional grip, the outsole provides traction on varied terrain ensuring confident footing whether hiking or out for a stroll in the local park. The durable rubber provides a strong grip on the most challenging terrain; it works to protect itself from damage and protect users from losing control and slipping. The durable nature of the rubber protects the boot from wear and tear providing you with a long-lasting performance walking boot. The stable rubber outsole is lightweight and cushioned to ensure added comfort for long winter days plus, it features lugs which increase traction underfoot. The multi-direction lugs are designed to offer traction on the most uneven surfaces and in the most unpredictable weather conditions.
