Breathable Mesh Upper
Constructed using a breathable mesh upper, the Saucony Omni 19 Running Shoes ensure breathable comfort for all-day wear. The perforated mesh allows cool air to flow throughout the shoe to remove and uncomfortable heat build-up so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. The mesh acts as a lightweight second skin whilst synthetic overlays provide added structure as well as long-lasting durability. As well as this, FORMFIT technology surrounds the foot in a made-for-me feel which accommodates the feet giving them a feeling like these shoes were made specifically for you. As well as this, a TPU heel counter locks in the heel to support the foot as you move through the gait cycle. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.
EVERUN Midsole
Equipped with Saucony's EVERUN Topsole construction, the midsole delivers 83% more energy return offering a resilient and responsive ride. The Topsole technology places the cushioning closer to the foot offering direct, continuous contact throughout an entire run. Along with the EVERUN Topsole, PWRFoam is incorporated into the midsole to provide a lively ride with excellent durability features. The cushioning in the shoe is distributed more evenly between the heel and forefoot thanks to the 8mm offset, resulting in a more balanced and comfortable position with every foot strike. Finished with a medial post the midsole is engineered with a stiffer medial construction, these running shoes work to counter inward rotation force generated by lateral heel strike. The medial post supports the body's natural alignment with added control.
Tri- Flex Outsole
A Tri-Flex, XT-900 rubber outsole completes the Omni 19, the outsole formation delivers more ground contact and optimal flexibility at the toe-off, benefitting the wearer with new levels of traction, comfort and control. Supplying long-wearing and sticky grip on every road the Omni 19 can take you anywhere. The chevron tread pattern lets the sole easily flex, so you get fluid, unhindered movement. The rubber is able to form a solid connection with a wide range of different surfaces, which will give you one less thing to worry about. The strong connection with the ground will also provide a firm base for you to push off from, making your gait cycle more efficient. Reinforced in high wear areas the outsole will withstand long lasting wear. Lastly, multi-directional grooves are placed strategically to further secure your feet to the ground, and will also improve efficiency in takeoffs, landings and changes of direction.
