GORE-TEX Upper
In the upper of the Hike Trainer Mid Walking Boot there is a GORE-TEX membrane which will act as a barrier between moisture and the inside of the boot. When the boot is exposed to rainfall or damp ground, the membrane leaps into action, working to seal out the moisture and preventing it from reaching the feet. This will remove the risk of having damp and cold socks all day, meaning that you will stay extremely comfortable. As your feet begin to warm up, the air inside is able to escape out where it is then replaced by cooler air from outside. This will work over a long period of time to guarantee ventilation.
