Material Construction And Benefits
The Claw Short Sleeve Women's Tee from Montane is made from Apex Air. This fabric was specifically chosen for its lightweight, breathable and moisture wicking properties. The breathability means that cool air is allowed to flow through the garment at the same time as releasing warm air. The moisture wicking properties mean that excess sweat and moisture is drawn away from the skin and moved to outer fabric layers where it can be easily evaporated. The honeycomb textured Lycra t400 which is used to construct the tee is made from durable fibres which allow the garment to stretch and sit comfortably around the body without causing the wearer to feel as though their movements are being restricted. The fabric is also treated with Polygiene odour control which helps to prevent the build-up of bacteria which could cause odour and even damage to the garment. Flat locking seams have been used throughout the construction, allowing the garment to sit snugly against the skin without causing chafe and discomfort which is commonly caused by large and bulky seams. Perfect for sunny days, this fabric offers UPF 25+ protection which will protect the wearer's skin from harmful UV rays. Reflective details have been added to the tee which will allow the wearer to remain safe and visible in lower lighting conditions.
