Designed for mountain walking, the Spine Jacket from Montane uses 13 Denier GORE-TEX Active shell technology to provide optimal waterproof protection. The jacket comes in an active fit; close-fitting and perfect for fast-paced activities as well as relaxing walks in the great outdoors. A mid-height collar offers extra weather protection when needed, and a fully adjustable roll-away hood is vital for mountain walking when the weather is unpredictable. Elasticated cuffs mean you can adjust for a more personalised fit, but also to improve heat retention or ventilation, depending on the outdoor conditions. The adjustable hem with cinchable drawcord performs in the same way and allows you to create a comfy fit. The jacket features two mesh-lined map-sized hand pockets, both with YKK Aquaguard zips, meaning you can store your essential items safely and securely and be at peace of mind knowing they will be protected from the elements. The front features a full-length YKK Aquaguard zip with an internal storm flap, to further protect you from the elements but also give you the option of temperature control.
