Textile and Mesh Upper

Constructed with textile and mesh upper, the Mizuno Wave Luminous delivers breathable durability. Delivering a smart textile layer, the no-sew upper delivers maximum comfort with reduced risk of irritation and increased stability. AIRmesh offers a high standard of breathability allowing cool air to circulate and remove uncomfortable heat build-up to create a healthy, cool, dry environment. Textile overlays increase durability and protect the feet against lateral drags and grazes. The DynamotionFit bootie construction offers a comfortable, snug fit, and maximum stability as the upper hugs the foot working with it through the gait cycle for fluid transitions and a smooth roll-off from heel to toe. A removable insole provides increased comfort and cushioning with the option to remove it for a truly customisable fit.

Wave Midsole

A high-density EVA insert in the rear foot delivers plush in-step cushioning and a premium level of stability. Creating a snug fit the rear of the foot is kept locked in place to reduce in-shoe slippage for a distraction-free match. The high-density EVA further works to attenuate shock impact at the heel when striking down on hard, unforgiving surfaces to spare joints from aches and pains.
