Water-Repellent Upper
The upper of the Lycan GORE-TEX is a water-repelling, breathable mesh with micro fibre reinforcements. It is coated with an abrasion resistant layer which offers protection from rough terrain, whilst still keeping the shoe lightweight. The shoe is also equipped with a protective TPU toe cap, which can protect from damage and injury to the toes.
GORE-TEX Lining
The Lycan is engineered with GORE-TEX Extended Comfort technology, which offers durable waterproofing combined with optimised breathability. This offers long-lasting weather protection, ensuring water stays on the outside of the shoe, whilst perspiration can escape and evaporate.
EVA Midsole

This 4mm thick insole is performance-oriented, bringing an optimal compromise between comfort and reactivity. This insole offers outstanding breathability and moisture management due to its unique open cell structure, keeping your feet cool and fresh at all times. The footbed offers long-term cushioning; it retains over 95% of its thickness over time and won't flatten out. It also contains anti-microbial agents and washable properties, ensuring a hygienic, clean shoe.
FriXion Blue Outsole
The Lycan GORE-TEX is fitted with a FriXion Blue outsole. This offers outstanding durability; it is a soft, long lasting compound with good grip levels. This type of sole is ideal for running off-road, but can also be used on-roads and on-the-track. The outsole features the innovative Impact Brake System, which absorbs negative ground impact and helps traction. It also offers the option of fitting hobnails for use on snowy and icy terrain.
