Engineered Warp Knit Upper
Designed to be extremely lightweight and breathable, the upper of the HOVR Infinite Pro will allow you to push on further and faster than ever with little in the way to cause discomfort and distraction. The upper is made from an engineered warp knit that allows air to flow in and out of it. This means you will always have cool air in the shoes, with warm air escaping easily. This will maintain the temperature, allowing you to focus on your run. Not only this but Under Armour has included UA Storm Technology which offers water resistance to athletes during training and competition in all weather conditions. The technology repels rain and snow, keeping you dry and comfortable even in wet conditions. Being so lightweight, the drag risk is removed, leaving you with a light feel that won't hold you back. On the sides of the shoes is a zonal structure for containment with 3D haptic print details, positioned where you need it most. This will mean that both your feet and the shoe will be protected from heavy forces placed against them. Under Armour has used a padded heel collar that provides added comfort and lockdown reducing the risk of injury and in-shoe slippage. The shoes feature a 3D moulded sock liner that cradles your feet as soon as you put them on, providing instant step-in comfort and an additional layer that wicks away moisture to keep your feet dry and comfortable. Secure laces will allow you to find a personalised fit that works for you, whilst a padded tongue sits comfortably on the ankle to complete the upper.
HOVR+ Midsole
A new, super springy compound from Under Armour, the Infinite Pro Storm utilises a HOVR+ midsole, which is an ultra-soft midsole that propels you through your run and has a 'trampoline-like' running experience. The cushioning helps to reduce impact and increases energy return to prevent injuries from occurring and reduce fatigue during those big running moments, helping you get further, faster with less effort. The heel design helps you land smoothly, lessens impact and increases overall stability, meaning more confidence for you.
Rubber Outsole
A lightweight and incredibly responsive rubber outsole completes the HOVR Infinite Pro. Supplying a sticky grip across every road surface Under Armour has used a durable rubber that absorbs ground contact and resists traumas of heel-strike. Positioned under the heel, the pods will also provide secure traction and durability, especially in these high-impact strike zones. Anatomically placed deep flex grooves will offer key flexibility, allowing you to kick on without worrying about causing damage to the outsole and providing a more natural feel by creating a larger surface area.
