The Osprey Hikelite 26 Backpack features Osprey's AirSpeed system, a suspended mesh back panel that helps keep you cool and comfortable when you're hiking. An integrated and detachable rain cover has been included to protect your items when the weather decides to take a turn for the worse. The rain cover has been coated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish to repel rain and moisture, the cover hides in a pocket on the base, ready to be deployed when the weather changes. Osprey has created the bag with a fixed BioStretch harness that uses elastic binding to deliver maximum flexibility without sacrificing stability for dynamic body movement, spacer mesh over die-cut foam provides a breathable, comfortable contact surface, for all-day use. The backpack has a bucket-style main compartment that can store up to 26L worth of gear, this also includes an internal reservoir sleeve with a hose port in the back panel and an Osprey hydraclip for easily hanging a reservoir. Two mesh pockets to the side of the pack will comfortably hold a 1L water bottle, while a front shove-it pocket allows you to store items you need quick access to safely. The Backpack also features dual upper compression straps that double as a walking pole attachment, whilst lower compression straps provide additional load control. A removable webbing hip belt and adjustable sternum strap help keep this pack in place and the upper scratch-free pocket features a key clip to keep your keys separate and easy to find. The Osprey Hikelite is compatible with a hydration reservoir.
