Engineered Double Jacquard Air Mesh Upper

Perforations in the fabrication allow cool air to permeate, preventing an intolerable build-up of heat and keeping your feet cool and comfortable. The mesh also actively and efficiently wicks away the build-up of excess sweat and moisture, keeping you dry as you strive for the best results and performance. This weatherized version provides exceptional water and wind-resistant protection to help keep the elements at bay. A padded tongue sits comfortably against the skin to ensure optimum comfort as well as prevent irritation and rubbing while the traditional lacing system provides a secure, locked-in feel as you run. Completing the upper are reflective details on the heel which enhance visibility in low-light conditions.
DNA LOFT v3 Midsole
Engineered using the new DNA LOFT v3 technology, the midsole of the Ghost 16 has more of this super-soft, nitrogen-infused cushioning to maximise softness. The DNA LOFT v3 cushioning carries the footwell and even moulds itself to the shape of the underfoot, allowing the platform to fully support the curvature of the underfoot. Having this cushioning and support helps to lessen the impact placed upon your joints as well as attenuate shock, minimising the potential risk of injury or discomfort. Alongside this, a Segmented Crash Pad adds further cushioning and comfort by adapting to each footfall for a smooth, responsive ride to give you the confidence to run at your maximum level knowing you have ample cushioning to guide you through the gait cycle with optimal efficiency.
RoadTack Rubber Outsole
