ASICS Gel-Task 4 Women's Indoor Court Shoes
The Gel-Task 4 features a versatile design, providing outstanding support, flexibility and cushioning. Implementing a wrap-up construction on the forefoot, the shoes provide stable support when on the court. It's constructed using durable synthetic leather and mesh to keep feet protected and cool, whilst GEL technology in the forefoot attenuates shock when striking down.
Flexible Upper
To ensure comfortable support, optimise in-shoe flexibility, and keep feet feeling fresh on the court, the shoes feature a breathable, flexible upper. The uppers have mesh panelling placed in areas that are usually high-heat, allowing a constant supply of airflow to travel through the shoe construction, to keep feet cool and fresh, preventing them from overheating. Protecting feet from knocks and bumps when you're focusing on the competition, the uppers are highly durable, and have stable support when performing multi-directional movements, thanks to the implementation of a wrap-up construction across the forefoot. Synthetic leather overlays add protection and increase the shoes' durability, including toe reinforcements to protect feet against knocks and bumps. Finally, a traditional lace-up system provides feet with a locked-in, secure fit to prevent in-shoe slipping from occurring.
GEL Midsole
To keep feet comfortable and provide a soft level of cushioning underfoot, the shoes utilise ASICS' iconic GEL technology through the midsole. This comfortable cushioning has shock-absorbing properties, to help prevent discomfort or injury when making abrupt stops or striking down on hard or unforgiving surfaces, therefore keeping feet comfortable for longer. The indoor court shoes cushion your landing, to keep you focused on each twist and turn when competing. Additionally, a sockliner features to provide extra cushioning within the shoes.
The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology.
Durable Outsole
Providing outstanding grip and traction across the court, the Gel-Task 4 has a durable outsole, allowing you to make every movement without feeling out of control. The multi-directional outsole pattern provides extra grip, whilst the pivot point of the rubber accommodates sharp turns and quick transitions.
