Lightweight Synthetic Upper
The upper of the New Balance FuelCell Propel has been constructed using a lightweight synthetic material with built-in structure to deliver a cool, fresh feeling whilst providing support. The shoe is sturdy in areas surrounding the heel, which will hold the foot in place, preventing it from slipping around and the material is lightweight and won't weigh you down. The synthetic material also utilises a no-sew construction, which also helps reduce weight and minimises the risk of rubbing and irritation. A traditional lacing system completes the upper to lock down the foot for security and control, helping you to feel confident stride after stride.
FuelCell Midsole
The FuelCell midsole compound is a nitrogen-infused foam that quickly drives you off the cushioning platform and delivers long-lasting performance. The cushioning underfoot helps reduce fatigue by utilising the energy from your last step to help you spring into your next one. The foam features approximately 3% bio-based content from renewable resources to help reduce the overall carbon footprint. A TPU plate also resides in the midsole providing a snappy propulsion for an explosive toe-off.
Durable Rubber Outsole
A data-informed durable rubber outsole exists to provide a balance of lightweight traction and unparalleled durability. The rubber provides incredible grip on various surfaces so that you can grip the ground to propel you past the finishing line. It is also incredibly flexible and works with the natural movement of your foot so that you can run freely to victory.
