The Fuego is Cotopaxi's quintessential insulation layer. Made with responsibly sourced 800-fill down and a DWR-finished ripstop nylon shell, this lightweight insulated jacket is one to turn to year-round, from summer camping to winter wandering.
Designed for those in-between weather days that don't quite warrant a jacket or as a core-warming layer under a shell to keep you extra cosy, the Cotopaxi Fuego Down Jacket has you covered. Created using 100% 20D ripstop nylon with a DWR finish, this jacket is highly durable and provides plenty of protection in those light showers of rain. Keeping you warm is the 800-fill responsibly sourced, water-resistant down, the down traps pockets of air, which in turn trap warmth from your body, giving you the comfort and insulation you need when the temperatures start to drop. Helping to trap the heat in is an adjustable drawcord at the hem, keeping the jacket closer to the body. This also features elasticated armholes that fit closer under the arm to retain any heat that may escape. Providing storage for your essentials and small items the jacket includes two zippered hand pockets and two interior stash pockets. A full front zip assists in easy on/ off whilst monitoring ventilation while the scuba hood provides additional elemental protection for a secure fit. The jacket can be packed into an internal pocket taking up little room in a pack if no longer needed.
