AirMesh Upper

The upper of the Enerzy Runnerz has been created using Mizuno's AirMesh upper, this provides the utmost breathability and comfort. Lightweight and highly breathable for all-temperature comfort, the mesh acts as a lightweight second skin, providing a supportive and comfortable fit. Its perforated construction allows air to fully permeate the upper, letting your feet breathe when the temperature rises or your training session heats up. The Enerzy Runnerz feature a retroreflective material at the heel, this provides visibility in low-light conditions so you can continue on those early morning or evening runs. Increasing comfort, the shoes feature a padded heel collar and tongue that sits comfortably against the foot. Completing the Enerzy Runnerz upper is a lacing system that locks down the midfoot, reducing in-shoe movement for distraction-free strides.

Mizuno Enerzy Midsole

The midsole has been created with Mizuno Enerzy, which is soft and responsive, providing a soft and propulsive cushioning. Mizuno Enerzy has been developed to enhance performance capacity and guarantee that athletes retain the energy that they put in, all whilst providing an overall more comfortable feeling. Compared to the previous midsole material Mizuno has used this is 17% softer and delivers 15% more energy return, allowing you to run further for longer.

X10 Rubber Outsole

The outsole of Mizuno Enerzy Runnerz has been made using X10, the most durable rubber which allows for longer wear in high-impact areas and supplements traction at the heel. This helps lessen the impact on the knees and joints, allowing for a more comfortable ride and optimising gait efficiency. The outsole also ensures maximum grip and traction for a firm, assured footing so you can run with confidence and push yourself to the limit, time and time again.
