One gel offers 20g of carbohydrates to power you through 20 minutes of moderate to intense exercise, great for cycling, running and triathlons. The natural blackcurrant flavour of this OTE Energy Gel is provided by real fruit juice concentrate, giving a refreshing fruit taste in an easy-to-consume consistency that's kind to your stomach. A dual-delivery design allows you to tear in two different ways. This system allows you to either tear to gulp or tear to sip the gel to suit your preference or training needs. Additionally, every batch of this product is tested for banned substances through the Informed Sports programme and, therefore is accessible to elite athletes. Products also undergo rigorous testing using ISO 17025 accredited methods to provide the highest level of assurance for athletes.
