GORE-TEX Upper

Constructed using a tough but supple leather, the walking boots offer a wider range of protection to help you gain the maximum from your footwear. The soft leather ensures long-lasting comfort yet provides ample protection from loose debris and rocks. The durable nature of the leather minimises the risks of wear and tear leaving you with a boot you can truly rely on. To avoid damp feet, and therefore dampened spirits, a GORE-TEX membrane resides inside the boot; supplying a combination of durable waterproofing and optimised breathability. Sometimes it's hard to stay dry without developing that distracting clammy feeling, but GORE-TEX keeps water on the outside while letting perspiration escape from the inside; keeping sweat to a minimum and you, cool and comfy. Memory foam in the collar and tongue ensures a tailored fit and offers maximum comfort so you can go further for longer in complete comfort. Engineered heel support boosts your stability whilst locking eyelets let you control tension across your arches. PU Midsole
The midsole of the Hillmaster ll uses a directly injected PU foam to provide long-lasting cushioning and outstanding underfoot comfort. The PU foam feels soft underfoot for increased comfort on expeditions but, the foam also provides ample support to spare your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. The midsole ensures you can go further for longer by inundating shocks and protecting your feet when striking down and also disperses the shocks to propel you forward. The midsole ensures long-lasting comfort for long expeditions.
Vibram Rubber Outsole
Developed using a Vibram outsole, the Hillmaster provides extreme grip and traction for all surface wear. Developed for extremely slippery terrain, the extremely durable rubber can form a solid bond with the ground to anchor you in place. Despite facing abuse from rough ground, the rubber stands up against this, deflecting the blows and retaining a strong shape and structure. Ensuring multi-directional grip the outsole ensures traction on varied terrain ensuring confident footing on varied terrain.
