Not only this, but these mesh materials offer an incredible amount of support and ensure a comfortable foothold for the little feet. Completing the upper is a lacing system that locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage for a distraction-free fit.
EVA Midsole
The midsole of the ASICS GT-2000 10 GS Junior Running Shoes features comfortable, flexible and durable EVA. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your little one's joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on longer distance days. EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole of the foot. Embedded within this pillowy platform, and complimenting its bouncy nature, is the Rearfoot and Forefoot GEL Cushioning System, therefore improving medial support. It works to reduce shock during the impact phase and promotes a peaceful transition to midstance. LITERUSS technology also assists your feet in remaining comfortable, for a more supportive strive. The foam materials are designed to keep your feet feeling balanced in every step. Not only this but the shoes feature a removable sock liner with an ASICS FIT CHECKER print on the toe, allowing children and parents to recognise the right shoe from the left, whilst also helping you both to identify when they're outgrowing their shoes.
Durable Rubber Outsole
Developed using a durable rubber outsole, the ASICS GT-2000 10 GS Junior Running Shoes ensures improved grip in varied conditions. The rubber outsole is able to form a solid bond with the ground beneath it to ensure traction and grip on road surfaces. As well as this, the rubber outsole is highly durable to ensure long-lasting wear. Completing the outsole are flex grooves that assist with grip and form a solid base to push from. The grooves allow the whole of the outsole to naturally flex where the foot flexes to increase comfort as well as performance.
