EVA Midsole
The midsole of the ASICS GT-1000 9 GS Junior Running Shoes features comfortable, flexible and durable EVA. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on longer distance days. EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole of the foot. Embedded within this pillowy platform, and complimenting its bouncy nature, is the Rearfoot GEL Cushioning System. It works to reduce shock during the impact phase and promotes a peaceful transition to midstance. ASICS contrast their cushioning with the Duomax Support System. Implemented on the medial side, it helps to control pronation and reduce the risk of injury, enhancing stability and support without sacrificing lightweight or comfort.
Durable Rubber Outsole
Developed using a durable rubber outsole, the ASICS GT-1000 9 GS Junior Running Shoes ensures improved grip in varied conditions. The rubber outsole is able to form a solid bond with the ground beneath it to ensure traction and grip on road surfaces. As well as this, the rubber outsole is highly durable to ensure long-lasting wear. Completing the outsole are flex grooves which assist with grip and form a solid base to push from.
