Engineered Mesh Upper
Engineered mesh uppers will encase each foot in breathable comfort. Lightweight and highly breathable for all-temperature comfort, the mesh acts as a lightweight second skin, providing a supportive and comfortable fit. Its perforated construction allows air to fully permeate the entire upper, letting your feet breathe when the temperature starts to rise or your training session heats up. As well as radical ventilation, the double-layer construction delivers a premium fit that improves flexibility and decreases irritation-causing wrinkles (because we know how rubbing and blisters can ruin your day) while maintaining its lightweight. An external heel counter, secures the rearfoot, helping to anchor you to the midsole and reduce in-shoe slippage so that you can enjoy smooth, distraction-free strides. An OrthoLite X-55 sockliner provides soft step-in comfort whilst also creating a more responsive rebound. A lacing system that increases midfoot support to ensure a dynamic fit for all-day comfort. FF BLAST Cushioning Midsole
The midsole of the Gel-Kayano Lite-Show 28 Running Shoes has been constructed using FlyteFoam cushioing that provides the perfect balance of lightweight and rebound properties. These layers of protection, bounce, and comfort provide you with unmatched shock absorption and a lively ride. FlyteFoam is the lightest cushioning material ASICS has ever made, 55% lighter than the industry standard midsole compounds and it buffers against the ground to protect you from unnecessary stress and fatigue. Embedded within this pillowy platform, and complimenting its bouncy nature, is the rearfoot and forefoot GEL Cushioning System. It works to reduce shock during the impact phase and promotes a peaceful transition to midstance.
ASICS contrast their cushioning with Dynamic DuoMax technology. Implemented on the medial side, it helps to control pronation and reduce the risk of injury, enhancing stability and support without sacrificing lightweight or comfort. Completing the midsole is the 3D SPACE CONSTRUCTION feature. This feature works to improve compression at footstrike.
AHARPLUS Outsole

ASICS' high abrasion rubber is a tough rubber compound used in the heavy-contact or high wear areas which helps to cut down on excessive wear. The high abrasion outsole provides a strong grip and works to protect itself from damage, and protect users from losing control and slipping. Creating a strong bond with the ground beneath it, the outsole allows you to stay in full control at all times. Flex grooves also adorn the outsole to provide added traction underfoot, the grooves allow for natural foot flexion for easy, unhindered paces. An impact guidance system exists underfoot to enhance the foot's natural gait from heel-strike to toe-off. The guidance line exists to enhance gait efficiency while increasing the shoe's torsional rigidity to prevent it from twisting.
