Hydrobloc Full-Grain Leather Upper
Enhancing protection around your feet, and ensuring a durable pair of boots, the 1107 Virtex GORE-TEX Walking Boots have a Hydroblox Full-Grain Leather upper. The leather upper provides excellent control of the microclimate within the boots, making it great for wet weather conditions. A GORE-TEX Performance Comfort lining also resides within the boots to provide exceptional waterproofing and enhances breathability for your feet. This ensures your feet remain ultimately comfortable from start to finish of your adventures. The boots have toe rubber protection on the front part, which helps to avoid scratches and damage, meaning feet are protected and the boots remain long-lasting. Alongside this, the uppers of these boots have a special rubber reinforcement applied to the uppers, which uses an exclusive technical method which has been developed by Zamberlan. Allowing movement to be free and flexible, the boots have a soft Flex-System junction on the ankle zones, which helps with foot rolling when hiking. Finally, a traditional lace-up system allows you to get a secure, locked-in fit, preventing in-shoe slipping from occurring.
EVA Midsole
Supplying your feet with underfoot cushioning and comfort, the boots have an EVA midsole compound. The EVA composition provides you with soft underfoot cushioning to provide you with comfortable rebound and energy return.
Vibram Schwarzwald Outsole
Further allowing your foot to bend, stretch and flex, the 1107 Virtex Walking Boots have a Vibram Schwarzwald Outsole. The outsole ensures exceptional grip underfoot, whilst allowing your foot to remain stable on varied surfaces.
