Mizuno Enerzy Midsole
Providing soft, bouncy cushioning for your feet, the Wave Revolt 3 has an Enerzy midsole. The midsole technology absorbs the shock of heel striking without compromising comfort or cushioning. Once the shock has been absorbed, the energy is harnessed and transferred to the forefoot to push you off and guide you onto the next movement. The midsole keeps your feet comfortable while providing a strong and responsive base to push off from. A U4icX compound delivers stress-free cushioned rides with high rebounds to keep you pushing during longer runs. Alongside the Enerzy technologies is a removable sock liner, providing more comfort and cushioning. Mizuno's Foam Wave technology also adds to these pre-existing comforts and supports you even more with every stride. The Wave technology gives you support and guides your foot with every movement. The shoe's interior also has a contoured fit in the form of Dynamotion Fit, which will work with your foot throughout the gait cycle.
Durable X10 Outsole
A carbon-based rubber outsole is an exceptional addition to this shoe, as it will provide traction on rocky or unpredictable terrain and at the heel strike. The rubber covers the heel, forefoot and midfoot to enhance durability, resisting the traumas of heel strike and toe-off to provide you with a reliable and long-lasting running buddy.
