The Talus Waterproof NTX features PU-coated leather for durability and protection on all types of winter explorations. Providing optimised comfort, the uppers ensure feet are cosy on those chillier adventures and have a secure structural design for providing support. The breathable properties of the boots prevent your feet from overheating, keeping feet comfortable and fresh. The Talus Waterproof NTX also has a 100% recycled content Nature-Therm insulation that keeps toes and feet warm when traversing through cold weather, making them the perfect winter companion. Preventing the build-up of moisture or sweat from making you uncomfortable, the uppers have quick-drying properties, keeping feet dry and you focused. With a 50% recycled content, the Nature-Tex waterproof finish ensures your feet stay protected during poor and changing weather conditions, therefore, allowing you to focus on the hike ahead while remaining comfortable and dry in all environments. The high collar and cushioned tongue provide an irritation-free wearing experience, while preventing dirt and debris from entering the boots, keeping you comfortable on the trails. EVA Midsole
Providing optimum in-shoe comfort and a soft, bouncy landing, the Talus Waterproof NTX have a combined dual-density EVA and moulded EVA midsole compound. Supplying you with excellent underfoot cushioning and outstanding comfort, the midsole keeps feet comfortable and ready to tackle the trail ahead. The lightweight midsole works to ensure that your feet remain comfortable even across long and difficult trails. With shock-absorbing properties the midsole absorbs impact when striking down on difficult and changing hiking conditions, keeping feet fresh and preventing injury even after long periods of strenuous activity. A TPU shank also enhances in-shoe support, providing stability and preventing risks of discomfort.
Vasque Nordic Rover With ColdHold Compound Outsole
Great for winter hiking, the Talus Waterproof NTX features a durable Vasque Nordic outsole with a ColdHold compound, to ensure high levels of grip and traction on a variety of surfaces, including snowy trails. The dual-density rubber outsole provides superior traction and with harder, sharper lugs lining the perimeter of the outsole, the boots provide exceptional bite into the snow and frozen surfaces. The centre lugs of the walking boots are super pliable to cold weather, meaning they conform to the irregularities and changes in the terrain below.
