Flexion Fit Upper
Flexion Fit uppers will encase your feet in form-fitting comfort, without sacrificing support, giving you everything you need to prevail in a zealous game of tennis. The seamless, PU construction features an irritation-free fit because ASICS recognise how rubbing can ruin your day. Underneath the flexion fit upper is a layer of breathable mesh, that allows cool air to circulate and hot, muggy air to escape, keeping your feet comfortable and allowing you to concentrate on your game. A traditional lace-up ensures you have a secure, locked-in fit, preventing in-shoe slipping and keeping you comfortable on the court. Finishing the upper are toe reinforcements to protect you from injury when sliding across the court but also the shoes from damage in a high-wear area.
FlyteFoam Midsole
The Solution Swift FF Tennis Shoes utilises ASICS' FlyteFoam midsole technology, which adds a spring to your step and makes for a more responsive shoe. FlyteFoam is made up of organic super fibres, so you won't see the packing out that so often happens with softer, lower-density foams. An Ortholite sockliner lies atop this feathery midsole as an extra layer of plush and hygienic step-in comfort. A treat for your feet on high-intensity days, the premium compound features higher rebound properties, moisture management and a high level of breathability. Embedded within this innovative midsole and complementing its responsive nature are the Rearfoot and Forefoot GEL Cushioning System. The silicone-like material effectively absorbs shock and protects your feet from high-impact strikes, sparing your joints as you leap and land on the court. The shoe also benefits from the TWISTRUSS system; it reinforces under the arch, resists torsion and absorbs shock while allowing the foot a full range of movement.
AHAR+ Outsole
Adprning the outsole is an AHAR compound which completes the Solution Swift FF. This outsole design mirrors the Solution Speed FF 2 outsole and has been formed using a herringbone pattern to improve traction on specifically clay court surfaces. The rubber compound is three times more durable than ASICS' standard rubber, it accommodates quick transitions and supplies a durable grip across the court.
