Engineered Double Jacquard Upper
Constructed using an engineered double jacquard upper, the Hoka Rincon 4 offers a comfortable fit and maximum breathability. The fabrication actively and efficiently wicks away the build-up of excess sweat and moisture, leaving your feet feeling cool, dry and comfortable as you strive for the best results and performance. Additionally, the upper encourages cool air to circulate, creating a cooler, drier environment for your feet to thrive in. A heel pull tab assists in taking the shoes on and off whilst a padded tongue sits comfortably against the skin for all-day wear and comfort. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system that locks down the midfoot for distraction-free strides.
Injected EVA Midsole
An upgraded injected EVA resides in the midsole for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the dual-layered EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. The midsole is a whole 3mm higher in stack height than its predecessor, giving you even more plushness underfoot. The energy produced will be returned as a rebound, giving added spring to your step. A smooth Meta-Rocker is also featured in the midsole to increase running efficiency. It is designed with a low heel-toe differential and a sculpted outsole to create a unique rocking chair effect to encourage a guided gait cycle. This design supports a runner's natural form while promoting an efficient, smooth roll from initial impact to toe-off. Completing the midsole is a rear foot-focused Active Foot Frame to secure your foot for ultimate support and confidence.
Rubberised Podular EVA Outsole
Designed to be flexible and durable, the outsole of the Hoka Rincon 4 has been constructed using podular rubberised EVA material. Placed strategically on high-wear areas, the EVA increases durability and resists the traumas of heel strikes to bring you a long-lasting running companion. The durable outsole will keep you in firm control across various terrains over a long period. Forming a solid bond with the ground, the outsole will anchor you into place, keeping you in a strong and controlled position. Completing the outsole are flex grooves that encourage multi-directional movements.
