Nubuck Leather Upper
The multi-panel upper of the LOWA Renegade GORE-TEX is constructed from a soft supple nubuck leather fabric, designed to map to the shape of your foot straight out of the box. Featuring a GORE-TEX membrane, the shoes have a highly breathable, durable, waterproof lining to keep your feet pleasantly dry during outdoor use in the rain, snow and cold temperatures, providing optimised climate comfort for moderate and warmer conditions. The GORE-TEX stops water and moisture from entering the shoe, simultaneously allowing built-up heat and vapour to escape leaving you feeling cool and comfortable. There's a roomier toe box and more cushioning around the collar and tongue for extra comfort. A traditional lacing system secures the midfoot and reduces in-shoe movement for distraction-free walking on the trails.
Double Injection DynaPU Midsole
The DynaPU midsole offers abrasion resistance for added durability on uneven surfaces and tricky terrains. A multi-density PU midsole provides support and cushioning as you go. The midsole foam retains its restoring force even when pressed together thousands of times. As a result, the shoes will maintain their exceptional cushioning properties even after you have walked 100s of miles in them. This midsole cushions each step you take for a softer landing reducing the risk of damage to your body and joints on your hikes. DynaPU has been combined into the midsole to provide extra cushioning making the Renegade a perfect companion for everyday wear or easy hikes. A Monowrap support frame provides a three-dimensional cradle, to guide the foot to offer excellent lightweight support over uneven surfaces.
