Patagonia Granite Crest Jacket
An ideal jacket for all-day movement on the trail, and in wet conditions, the Granite Crest jacket utilises high-performing and responsibly made materials, providing you with an ethical layer of protection.
The Granite Crest Shell is made up of 3-layers including H2No Performance Standard NetPlus 100% postconsumer recycled Nylon ripstop made from recycled fishing nets to help reduce ocean plastic pollution; with a slick jersey backer, a waterproof/breathable barrier, a waterproof/breathable barrier and a PFC-Free DWR finish. The 3 layers provide an optimum layer of protection, ensuring you remain dry, breathable and comfortable during changing weather conditions. A two-way adjustable hood with a visor offers you coverage during rain or windy weather, as well as, effectively shed water to keep you dry. The adjustable elements allow you to get the preferred fit, and will supply you with good visibility during poor conditions, even with a helmet on. The jacket has a centre-front zipper and chest pocket with watertight zips and zipper garages for storing your essential belongings safely, whilst two welted handwarmer pockets stay clear of your pack waistbelt or harness allowing you to keep your hands or other belongings stored safely. Pit zips reside underarm, allowing you to unzip when you need some additional ventilation, and one of the pockets double up as a stuff sack, allowing you to easily store the jacket away discreetly. An adjustable drawcord cinch at the hem is routed up through the front pocket so that you can easily seal out the weather, and reduce any bulk under a pack waistbelt. Minimal hook and loop cuff closures also prevent windchill from entering.
