Designed for high-energy activities such as ski touring, fastpacking and ultra running where temperature regulation and protection are key.
The Montane Switch Gloves have been created with a granite stretch softshell outer, making the gloves lightweight and close-fitting. The granite stretch fabric provides breathability and dexterity, whilst a suede leather palm, provides the perfect amount of grip when using poles. Keeping your hands warm when the temperatures drop Montane have added a PrimaLoft® Silver insulated PERTEX® mitt that can be pulled out to provide increased warmth and protection. The synthetic insulation works to trap heat created by the body in small pockets, increasing warmth. The mitt has been finished with silicone-printed palms and fingers for increased grip and a DWR (Durable Water Resistant) coating, providing you with added weather protection. The gloves have pre-curved digits for a more comfortable feel whilst a stretch cuff for a close, secure fit finishes the gloves.
