Montane On-Sight Shorts
Lightweight, stretch shorts with a lightly elasticated waistband, tough enough for climbing at the wall or on rock and styled for comfortable casual wear.
Made with stretch Nylon, this will allow you to complete bigger steps across rock faces without the risk of damage being caused to the fabric. The fabric is extremely tough, and combined with elastane this stretch will make you feel more mobile. The material will also allow a steady flow of air in and out of it, providing you with comfortable ventilation which will work to give you constant comfort. As well as this, the fabric will wick moisture from sweat and rainfall away from the shorts efficiently and effectively. For a secure fit around the waist, the waistband is complete with a press stud and button closure with a zip, which will hold firm when you are pushing yourself on the climb. Belt loops will allow you to further secure the fit. Articulated knees will allow the legs to make a wide range of movements completely unrestricted, meaning that nothing will hold you back. A gusseted crotch will also open up a wider range of movements. Two deep hand pockets on the front, and a rear pocket will allow you to carry essential items around with you. The hem can be adjusted to tighten or loosen the fit around the ankles. Flat-lying seams will reduce the risk of irritation caused by rubbing and chafing. With complete UPF 50+ protection, the shorts will block all harmful UV rays out to protect the skin.
