Breathable Mesh Upper

Keeping your feet feeling ventilated and comfortable over a long period of time, the Mizuno TF-02 Training Shoes have an upper that will allow a constant flow of air in and out of it. This will mean that the shoes will provide you with constant ventilation, with warm air from the inside being pushed out, and cooler air from the outside will be allowed in. As well as this, moisture from sweat will be pushed out of the shoes, helping to maintain a dry climate within the shoes. Firm material surrounding the toes, the heel and overlays on the midfoot will keep your feet in a strong and healthy position. A traditional lacing system will allow you to secure the shoes to provide you with a perfect fit and feel. A soft and padded tongue and ankle collar will reduce the risk of irritation being caused, as well as improve the comfort around the ankle.

Mizuno Cob Midsole

The midsole in the TF-01 is designed to both protect and cushion the sole of the feet for the smoothest possible ride. As well as this, it uses Mizuno's Cob technology, which will keep you help to keep you balanced and in a strong upright position. Cob technology is a structured midsole that promotes balance by having multiple capsules that work together to distribute weight evenly. By having this assistance with balance, you will be able to focus on the road ahead without any distractions. The EVA towards the top of the midsole is soft and cushioned, which will take the pressure off joints like the ankles and knees. This will prevent injuries and fatigue and keep you going for longer. Towards the bottom, the EVA in the midsole is firmer and will mean that shocks are absorbed instantly before they reach the feet.

Strong grip and traction is guaranteed, as the TF-02 has an extremely grippy outsole. This will provide you with an extremely durable grip to keep you in control. Allowing longer wear in higher impact areas will provide you with outstanding grip over a long course of time. The heel strike will additionally have a solid grip with a wide range of surfaces.
