GORE-TEX, Nubuck Leather Upper
In order to protect your feet from scrapes, knocks and bumps and wet weather conditions, the Camino Evo utilise a GORE-TEX and Nubuck Leather combination for their upper. With 100% Nubuck Leather, a full-grain leather sanded down to provide a velvety look, the Camino Evo's are exceptionally durable and comforting. The durable, robust and open-poured material, means that the boots have a great way of protecting your feet from any unpleasantries. A GORE-TEX membrane delivers optimal waterproof protection, breathability and windproofing, to enhance the comfort of your feet, keeping them dry, comfortable and cool. To ensure that your feet remain locked in, and secure when stepping, the boots have an X-lacing system. This also holds the tongue in place for added comfort. This construction ensures that the walking boots prevent slipping from occurring and minimises the pressure produced. The 2 zone lacing means that the shoes can be adjusted in varying degrees of tightness meaning a perfect adaptation to your foot. Alongside this, the boots have a FlexFit system to allow your feet to roll more effectively due to the ability it has to easily bend. Further assisting the in-shoe comfort, the C4-Tongue has asymmetric padding to provide even distribution throughout your foot. Taking into account the foot's anatomy, the tongue has also been placed higher on the inside than on the outside, and a flexible bending insert has been integrated into the inner side of the foot.
PU Midsole
The Camino Evo GTX Boots utilise a PU midsole construction meaning you are provided with a lightweight, functional and flexible construction to make your journeys even more enjoyable. A mesh insole will enhance breathability inside the boots to prevent overheating or distractions. A polyester compound helps to enhance the durability of the boots and reduce the risk of wear and tear on your adventures. Finally, the inner of the Camino Evo's have a Viscoelastic latex foam to provide equal distribution of pressure and stress on the feet.
Vibram Apptrail II Midsole
The Camino Evo GTX comes equipped with a Vibram sole. The Apptrail II sole has a modern, self-cleaning profile, which proves its exceptional capabilities particularly when it is put to the test on challenging terrain. The sole's features are complimented on every terrain by a distinctive heel front that excels during descents.
