Rab Kinetic Ultra Waterproof Women's Trail Running Jacket
Built for running days when the weather is against you, the Kinetic Ultra Jacket offers uncompromised protection in an ultra-breathable, lightweight package. The latest evolution in Rab's Kinetic range, this jacket is made with waterproof Proflex fabrics and is engineered specifically for fast-paced mountain ascents on the worst weather days.
Designed to keep you comfortable and protected on mountain running adventures, the Rab Kinetic Ultra jacket is the ideal addition to your wardrobe. Constructed using a Proflex three-layer fabric, the jacket ensures lightweight wind and waterproof protection and an abundance of comfort. The fabric sits comfortably against the skin whilst also providing increased stretch for unrestricted movement on the go. In addition, the fabric is highly breathable and works to manage moisture, so you'll never feel an uncomfortable heat build-up. The ventilated design allows cool air to flow throughout the garment whilst, at the same time, allowing hot, humid air to escape; this creates a perfect microclimate for your skin to thrive in. Within the jacket, a PU membrane has been used to ensure wet weather protection. The membrane provides waterproof protection so you'll always remain sheltered when the weather takes a turn for the worse.
Additionally, the jacket has an easy roll-away hood with a retainer bungee for storage when it's not required, therefore providing you with coverage from changing weather conditions whenever necessary. It has a laminated peak to provide coverage without restricting vision. The hood also has a crown adjustment to secure the fit and a rear vent for airflow when the incline increases. A lightweight centre YKK reverse coil zip with a waterproof storm flap provides you with an easy on/off and allows for optimal airflow to be provided. Alongside this, an upper storm flap snap fastener prevents wind chill and provides protection from stormy weather. At the rear yolk, ventilation holes with an overlap assist with airflow regulation. The body-contoured fit allows for great freedom of movement without excess fabric. On the upper part of the sleeve is a small pocket with a YKK AquaGuard zip, perfect for storing your key, card, or even for holding your gels. Extended cuffs with stretch binding optimise hand warmth during the more exposed adventures, and a lightweight, single-sided rear hem adjustment with an anti-snag tether prevents wind chill from entering. Finally, the jacket has multi-angled reflective branding throughout, providing you with visibility during low-light conditions.
