Re-Cycled Softshell Upper
Constructed using a re-cycled softshell upper, the Hi-Tec Jackdaw ensures breathable comfort for all-day wear. The soft nature of the upper wraps your feet in complete comfort whilst perforations within the fabric allow cool air to circulate throughout the upper to increase ventilation. A Dri-Tec membrane also resides within the upper to keep your feet cool, dry and comfortable at all times. Dri-Tec ensures superior waterproofing and excellent vapour transmission to maximise your performance in even the wettest of environments. It works to ensure excess sweat and moisture is wicked away from the skin where it can be easily evaporated whilst also preventing wet weather from gaining entry. The millions of microscopic pores within the Dri-Tec membrane allow water vapour to escape without allowing water droplets in, so your feet will always remain dry and comfortable. Supportive overlays provide optimal protection from rocks and uneven surfaces and lastly, a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to create a snug and secure fit.
EVA Midsole
A full-length platform of moulded EVA resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down on hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole of the foot. Durable Carbon Rubber Outsole
