The Spikes have a screw-in design that makes them great for replacing your old worn out spikes on your running shoes and come heat tested for maximum durability and support. They comply with synthetic, asphalt and natural terrains and with current regulations, you can use 6mm spikes for tartan tracks. They are easily fitted with a track spike key which is sold separately. Each pack contains 12 individual spikes.
