The Helly Hansen Daybreaker Fleece is constructed with Polartec which offers warmth without weight, high breathability and fast-drying properties. Polartec fleece has a lofted fibre structure that creates thermal air pockets to prevent convective heat loss and regulate core warmth. This breakthrough design construction provides the highest warmth-to-weight ratio for insulating material while remaining highly weather-resistant, durable and soft to the touch. Durable panels on the shoulders ensure weather protection and longevity. The protective collar is comfortable with an anti-chafe chin guard. Designed with a YKK coil full-length front zip opening, it offers versatility as it can keep you warm if the weather takes a turn for the worse or offer ventilation if you are feeling warm. As well as this, YKK zipped hand pockets and a chest pocket also provide safe storage space for your essential items. Lastly, for a comfortable fit, the fleece is designed with a flatlock seam construction for low bulk and a reduced risk of irritation and discomfort.
