The tape is water-resistant, breathable and may be worn between 3-5 days.

Compared with standard kinesiology tape, RockTape has almost twice the elasticity. It also features a 180% stretch, ensuring the same elasticity as skin and promotes a full range of motion in all directions.
Be warned though the extra glue means removing this tape is a little more painful and it won't leave many hairs behind.
