The Epix Pro 2 Watch takes you beyond your sport and is fitted with 24/7 health and wellness monitoring designed to help you optimise your recovery. On your wrist, Elevate wrist heart rate technology lets you monitor your heart rate without wearing a chest strap. In addition to counting steps and monitoring sleep, the watch uses heart rate to provide calories burned information and quantify the intensity of your fitness activities. It also measures your heart rate variability to calculate a stress score that helps you assess what level of activity your body is ready for. The Epix 2 will also monitor your sleep to keep tabs on your well-being and how much rested sleep you're getting each night. Using a Pulse Ox sensor4, the Epix 2 estimates your blood oxygen saturation so you can see how well your body is absorbing oxygen when you sleep. This technology also shows when your body is likely to be at optimum performance so you can plan your day around peak activity times.

A great watch for every day, the Epix Pro Watch is fitted with connective features such as smart notifications, music storage, and Garmin Pay contactless payments. The connectivity of the Epix Pro allows you to enjoy every day in style by quickly accessing smart notifications when paired with a compatible smartphone, storing your favourite songs for music on the go, and using Garmin Pay to make purchases in a flash. Users can now adjust device settings from the phone (Garmin Connect) and/or the watch. Settings are now synced in real-time between devices to help simplify configuration.
