Single Piece Mesh Upper
A single piece of engineered air mesh features on the upper of the F-Fly that is extremely breathable, keeping you dry and comfortable during intense training sessions. Hot muggy air is forced out whilst fresh air is encouraged to flow in for cooling comfort. The one-piece construction reduces the risk of chafing for maximum comfort. The F-Fly benefits from a new anatomical fit that locks securely around your heel and widens around your toes which allows your toes to splay when running or lifting, giving you a comfortable, stable base. In addition, a lightweight, 3D print Met-Cradle wraps around the midfoot to give you support and stability during high-impact exercise. Completing the upper is a traditional lacing system that further locks down the midfoot for greater control.
A new shape, featuring on all-new Inov8 footwear in 2024, has been designed to hug the natural contours of your foot. This new design brings more comfort, greater confidence and unhindered performance. Incorporated within this new shape are two new fits; Standard Fit for a closer feel and extra nimbleness over tricky terrain and Wide for a relaxed feel and extra comfort over longer distances.
Powerflow Pro Midsole
Powerflow Pro provides underfoot cushioning and comfort without reducing ground-feel. This provides optimal protection when striking down on unforgiving surfaces whilst also still being able to feel the ground underneath, allowing for greater proprioception and helping you navigate the gym nimbly. The Powerflow Pro works alongside the Inov8 BOOMERANG FOOTBED, a cushioning platform that offers further softness and energy return during high-impact activities. These insoles feature hundreds of foam beads that compress and spring back for 40% energy return during your stride. Perfect for longer cardio sessions, where maximising every bit of energy counts.
Inov8 Rubber Outsole with ROPE-TEC
The outsole of the F-Fly has been constructed using a 2.5mm thick Inov8 rubber for exceptional grip and traction. This allows you to make quick movements, change direction and stop with precision. It also provides a great base for weightlifting. It delivers a reliable grip for improved confidence and control, whilst ROPE-TEC technology in the arch provides great protection and allows you to ascend and descend ropes with ease, great for HIIT sessions.
