ASICS Dynablast 3 Running Shoes

Engineered Knit Upper
Designed to be lightweight and breathable, the upper of the Dynablast 3 is constructed using an engineered knit. Acting as a lightweight second skin the knit ensures you can go the distance in complete comfort. Perforations in the fabric encourage cool air to circulate, removing uncomfortable heat build-up to create a healthy environment for your foot to thrive. The knitted fabric allows cool air to flow throughout the upper whilst also allowing hot humid air to escape so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. The knit upper also supports the foot when you move to ensure you remain locked in and comfortable. A lacing system locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides. Finally, the notched tongue construction reduces pressure points over the instep.
At least 50% of the shoe's main upper material is made with recycled materials to reduce waste and carbon emissions.
FlyteFoam Blast Midsole
The Dynablast 3's energetic underfoot ride comes from its one-piece FlyteFoam Blast midsole. This foam is softer and bouncier than its predecessors, providing a great feel from footstrike to toe-off. Another factor that helps give the shoe an excellent underfoot feel is the nearly 10 millimetres of added midsole material. This, combined with the soft and energetic nature of the midsole increases the underfoot softness, almost enveloping the foot in a plush, supportive wrap. The midsole of the Dynablast 3 is made up of multiple compounds to bring you a cushioned and explosive ride from stepping out to stepping in. Flytefoam Blast is the main cushioning compound used in the Dynablast 3 because of its lightweight foam formulation and high energy return. Its lightweight foam construction reduces drag allowing you to run faster for longer whilst the elastomer allows high energy return for increased bounce and unrivalled toe-offs. Resilient and innovative, FlyteFoam Blast technology lets you run with the feeling that your feet aren't even touching the ground. Completing the midsole is an Ortholite X-30 sockliner that increases underfoot comfort and provides effective moisture management.
The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology.
AHARPLUS Rubber Outsole
Supreme grip and traction are guaranteed with the AHARPLUS outsole rubber. ASICS High Abrasion Rubber is a tough rubber compound used in heavy-contact or high-wear areas which helps to cut down on excessive wear. The high abrasion outsole provides a strong grip and works to protect itself from damage and protect users from losing control and slipping. Strategically positioned in critical areas of the outsole, this exceptionally durable compound is 50% more durable than standard ASICS High Abrasion Rubber to ensure complete protection and durability. Creating a strong bond with the ground beneath it, the outsole allows you to stay in full control at all times. Flex grooves also adorn the outsole to provide added traction underfoot, the grooves allow for natural foot flexion for easy, unhindered paces.
