Meet the Leki Cross Trail FX Superlite Compact Poles, a compact version of the extremely lightweight Cross Trail pole equipped with the Cross Shark grip, breathable mesh straps and ergonomic support for efficiency on any terrain.
Designed using Leki's Cross Shark Grip System, the Cross Trail FX Superlite Compact offers you the advantages of having a trail running grip alongside a trekking grip. Combining the speed of the Shark System with the support of the ergonomic support surface makes these poles suited for fast-paced mountaineering. The poles have an open-pored, imitation cork foam grip with grip extension providing additional gripping options. When you encounter a difficult piece of terrain where additional stability and support are needed, the grip can be extended to assist. A wide strap of highly breathable mesh has an optimised fit that encloses your hand, relieving the hand muscles and reducing stress on long hikes. Providing effortless adjustment the poles have a Speed Lock 2 Plus locking system. This allows you to change the length of the poles quickly and easily, keeping them secure when locked in. Finishing the poles are trail running tips to assist with fast-paced hiking.
Note on use: This product is weight-optimized and designed for use in competitions. It requires particularly trained and careful use and is not designed as an everyday training device. For everyday training purposes, we recommend other poles from Leki's range that are optimized for durability. We recommend use in trail running only on secured paths and not in exposed terrain, i.e. in alpine mountain sports where there is a risk of falling, on snow, ice or glaciers. Special design - does not comply with DIN 79016.
