The Coros Pod 2 provides you with accurate running data, solving GPS watch technology's most common problems when running. The Pod 2 uses exceptional technology to receive data directly from your foot for the most responsive pace to be displayed on your watch. It works to ensure you stay within your targeted pace in nearly real-time, instead of waiting for your data to catch up, even in times when there's no GPS signal. It has accurate pace detection, by measuring the exact distance you've run, even when you're training indoors. In comparison to normal GPS products and watches, the POD 2 can prevent interruptions to your route that can sometimes be caused by situations like running through tunnels and auto-correcting these disruptions by using data gathered from various internal sensors. Using smart detection of the wearing position of your Pod 2, you can better understand your running gait, form and technique, providing you with information such as; your stride height, balance, ground contact time and stride ratio. The product monitors ambient temperature readings throughout your run, so you know exact temperatures during your run. It is equipped with a powerful battery that will stay charged for weeks and has a portable charging dock that will supply up to 5 full charges, meaning you'll never have to worry about a low battery. Whether you're on the roads or in the mountains, the POD 2 can withstand the elements, from below-freezing temperatures to high heat (14°F to 140°F / -10°C to 60°C), and stays water resistant up to 3 ATM.
