This high-carb Super Gel is your new go-to gel when you are in need of a big energy hit with limited time to consume it. Using natural flavours to bring you the delicious Cherry flavour, the OTE Super Gel delivers great taste from real fruit juice concentrate for easy consumption. Developed with athletes in mind, the gel contains carbohydrates in the form of maltodextrin and fructose. Research has shown that more carbohydrates (up to 90g per hour) can be absorbed and delivered to working muscle when using a multiple-energy substrate compared to using maltodextrin alone. As well as high-carb levels, the OTE Cherry Super Gel contains balanced electrolytes that help promote fluid uptake and maintain hydration during exercise.
