Its durable Suede Leather upper protects your feet from outdoor conditions, whilst high durability guarantees long-lasting reliability for all your adventures. The uppers are breathable to keep feet feeling cool, even during the more intense periods of your hike, preventing overheating and ensuring optimum comfort. Working with the upper is a GORE-TEX waterproof and breathable lining that protects feet from poor, wet weather and will keep feet dry from the inside thanks to the moisture-wicking properties. The lining guarantees optimum climate control to ensure that feet remain at the perfect temperature during every tough climb and tricky scramble. Reinforced overlays further enhance the longevity of the boots by providing you with a strong protective layer for keeping the shoes and feet shielded on the trails. An all-around rubber rand protection shields toes from knocks, bumps and bashes when on challenging trails in tricky conditions. Finally, the patented lacing system derives from the Mythos climbing project and keeps feet locked down and secure during big adventures.

The midsole is also moisture-wicking to help reduce the build-up of sweat and moisture forming within the shoes, further keeping feet feeling fresh and comfortable.
Vibram Idrogrip Outsole
The Boulder X Mid features a Vibram Idrogrip outsole for optimum grip and traction on a variety of trail surfaces, especially wet, slippery terrains to keep you focused and comfortable when the weather takes a turn. Vibram Idrogrip is inspired by free climbing rubber for outstanding friction across all types of surfaces. Integrated into the construction of the outsole is an Impact Braking System along with climbing zones. This uses unique lug positioning to ensure that as many of them as possible come into contact with the ground, providing maximum impact absorption and improving downhill grip.
